BetMGM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

BetMGM shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, system errors, or unauthorized access to your account beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the license is held. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate regulatory bodies or courts within that jurisdiction.
